SILS researchers contribute to various Bachelor programmes, including Biology, Biomedical Sciences and Psychobiology.
Staff members of the Swammerdam Institute for Life Sciences are involved in courses for Bachelor students in a variety of fields, ranging from bio-molecules to cell biology and from human physiology and to psychobiology.
The institute has expertise in a.o. brain research, plant biology, microbiology, cell biology, gene activity and bio-informatics, which means that students have a wide range of options with regards to their curriculum. Thus, SILS contributes to a multitude of Bachelor programmes within the University of Amsterdam.
Most Bachelor programmes at the University of Amsterdam are taught in Dutch. Information about those programmes is only available in that language.
